Rory and Heather Madderom are originally from Wisconsin and moved to Flathead Valley in 2010. In 2005 Rory graduated from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI where he received his degree in Applied Science as an air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration technician. Rory has been working in the HVAC industry, providing great service for customers ever since. Rory and Heather have been very involved in the community ever since they moved to the Flathead. Heather owned Outside Kids Preschool and Child Care Center in Columbia Falls for many years before selling in 2021. Rory was also very involved with the school. They both built so many wonderful relationships while owning Outside Kids and look forward to building so many more with Bad Rock.

Rory and Heather are also avid CrossFitters and incorporate this into their daily lives. When they are not hard at work you will almost always find them mountain biking, paddling the rivers, skiing, or hiking.
